Double Dot Attire Returns Policy

Double Dot Attire allows for you to return or exchange your order within seven (7) working days from when the order was received. All customers wishing to return or exchange an order must contact info@doubledotattire.co.za within seven (7) days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchase should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned with the tags attached and in the packaging that the item was received in.

Regarding returns, you will receive a credit to the value of the returned item in the form of a Double Dot Attire voucher.

In a case of return or exchange, the shipping cost will be your responsibility and Double Dot Attire will not be held responsible for any extra costs. No refund will be provided for the initial shipping cost.

• No returns or exchanges are allowed on gift vouchers.
• All discounted and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged and are final.
• If stock is no longer available on exchanged items, you will receive a credit in the form of a Double Dot Attire voucher.
• Double Dot Attire reserves the right to refuse the order and send the order back to the sender should the merchandise not abide to this policy.
